Returns & Reprints

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

Items must also be in the original packaging (if applicable).

To start a return, please contact us at rebecca@rebstees.com with your order number and reason for return.
Please note: Because many of our products are made-to-order (print-on-demand), we can only accept returns for defective or damaged items.
To request a reprint, provide clear photos of the product with the flaw visible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Gift cards

Sale or clearance items

Personalized or custom products (including made-to-order prints or designs)
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item for the same one, email us at rebecca@rebstees.com with photos and your order number.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email to notify you that we’ve received your returned item and whether your refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping Returns
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
