Order Processing All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way. Processing may take longer during holidays or high-volume periods — we'll notify you if there's a delay.

Shipping Rates We ship within the US only. Standard shipping rates apply at checkout, with free shipping on orders over $75.

Delivery Estimates Domestic (U.S.): 10–20 business days from ship date. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or weather.

Print-on-Demand All products are made to order, which means slightly longer fulfillment times — but zero waste. Thank you for your patience and for shopping sustainably.

Tracking Your shipping confirmation email will include a tracking number. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking to activate.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, email us at rebecca@rebstees.com within 30 days with your order number and photos. We'll work to make it right.

Wrong Address Please double-check your address before placing your order. We can't guarantee reshipment or refunds for orders sent to an incorrect address due to customer error.
